I have finally received the cancellation email to delete the BLÆRG myspace account.

The email opens:

You’re… leaving us?

Sure you’re ready to let go of your friends, music, and that profile design you spent so much time creating? Canceling your account means your profile and all your content will be removed from Myspace and you can’t get it back!

You mean the profile design that was already long lost – that changed automatically when you updated your clunky interface to ape the more successful Facebook? The profile that used to have music on it, but was also removed – without any notification?

Yes, myspace… I’m sure.
